Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions to Pumply (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a subscription you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
Pumply is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Your subscription gives you access to premium features for the duration of the billing period you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Pumply with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you genuinely use the program and still don’t see results, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original transaction by emailing us at support@pumply.me from the email address associated with your purchase. Please include your order or receipt details so we can locate the transaction.
Because the guarantee is results-based, it applies when all of the following conditions are met:
- You completed at least 7 workouts in the app during your subscription period — this shows the program was genuinely given a fair try.
- You still did not see results after putting in that effort.
- You contact us within 30 days of your original purchase and before the end of your current subscription period.
To verify your eligibility, we may ask you to share screenshots from the app showing your completed workouts. Requests that do not meet these conditions may be reviewed at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to subscriptions purchased directly through our website. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to that store’s refund process — please contact the respective store directly, and we will gladly help where we can.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment processor used at checkout. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
3. Renewals
Refund requests for automatic renewal charges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel your subscription before it renews (see below). Canceling does not automatically issue a refund for a charge that has already occurred.
4. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access to premium features until that date.

To cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, use your device’s app store subscription settings. You can also manage a website subscription from within the Pumply app, or contact us at support@pumply.me.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Except where required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Charges older than 30 days, other than at our discretion.
- Partial or unused portions of a billing period after a cancellation.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights to a refund or to cancel that you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Where local law grants you stronger refund rights, those rights apply.
